10 unusual things you don’t know about me

1 May 3 alarm clocks

Yes, to get up in the morning, I have three alarms. I always have the anxiety of going back to sleep and I am unable to get up straight away, I need time to emerge! So, I have three alarms. The first one is the radio that goes off, I am a fan of Manu on NRJ and I listen to him every day at home, then in the car. The next two alarms go off 10 minutes apart, on my phone this time. Then, I have a few more minutes before getting up if I don’t want to leave too late. :p I have to say that I tend to go to bed late, but I have to get up early… so.

2 Television

My darling says that I watch TV with my ears. That’s not wrong. I can’t stay in front of the TV, a movie, a series, or something else without doing anything, I’m incapable of it! I need to keep myself busy (computer, phone, relaxing coloring, or something else), so I raise my head from time to time to look at the screen, but most of the time, I just listen. The only exception: is the cinema! There I have to make an effort, but I fidget quite a bit!

3 Good night!

I can’t go to bed without saying goodnight to my dog and checking that the front door is closed. If I haven’t, I have to get up to do it. Otherwise, I can’t fall asleep!

4 Documentaries

I love animal documentaries, I love animals, it’s no secret. However, I very rarely watch them! Simply because I can’t stand seeing animals being killed and of course in animal documentaries, well, nature plays its part and the food chain too. So, either I move on (my boyfriend loves it when I do that… he misses part of the documentaries!), or I cover my ears, or I don’t watch at all (it’s easier than waiting for the fateful moment!). Very sensitive… I really can’t help it!

5 The telephone

I hate the phone! I hate calling, I hate having to send messages. I run away from the phone. So, obviously, for my author’s social networks, I have to make an effort, but fortunately, scheduled posts exist! Calling is an ordeal that I can do without. I’m not present to exchange under the posts or in group conversations etc. (even if I make an effort!) because it goes against nature! It’s only in the professional context that it bothers me less. The school phone etc. for example, it doesn’t bother me (strange!).

6 Reading

I can read anywhere! Whether there is noise or not. Whether we are in transport or a quiet room. Whether there are people around me or not, I can read anywhere. I can immerse myself in the book without paying attention to what is around me. Besides, it often happens that my darling talks to me and I do not listen to him because I am reading something! :p

7 My father

I haven’t seen my father in 16 years! It was the day before my 17th birthday. I haven’t seen him since. No contact, nothing. He lives his life, without really caring about me…

8 Healthy living oh what a long paragraph!

For a few months now, I have been looking at my lifestyle and my desires (yes, since I’ve passed the age of thirty, I’ve been questioning a lot of things, embarking on adventures, and thinking about my well-being). So I did some research on a healthier lifestyle, first of all in terms of nutrition. Overnight, I radically changed the way I eat. I said goodbye to everything industrial, prepared, or otherwise. I learned to cook more, to balance my plate and I feel much better. So I buy as many raw materials and natural products as possible and I feel it in my skin and hair!

And right away, I started the same lifestyle for the house, but much more gradually. I had a lot of products to finish before starting. So I started with the laundry detergent that I make at home (it’s great!), then hair care (no more shampoos bought in supermarkets, I prepare my shaoilsos with neutral bases, essential oils, and cosmetic active ingredients)and, finally cleaning products for the house (no more products, I use exclusively white vinegar, baking soda, etc.). For other products, I switched to 100% natural products (for the face for example). There is still a way to go, but little by little we are making progress. I also reduced my waste (for example with reusable wipes instead of makeup remover pads, a reusable baking mat instead of baking pap,e r, etc.). And I love this new lifestyle in which I feel better!

9 The doctor

I never go to the doctor! Except for exceptions (for example the dentist once a year), I don’t go to the doctor. You have to force me. The last two times I went, it was to take the teaching exam (a medical certificate was required) and the second time (three years ago) because I had dizziness and a blood pressure of 9 and my darling dragged me there by force! Otherwise (touch wood) he never sees me. If I have a cold, I take care of myself and if I have pain somewhere, well, I take care of myself!

10 Vertigo

Ever since I did rock climbing in 3rd grade at school, I’ve been afraid of heights! I can’t go near a void, even on a balcony! Or else, it has to be low or there has to be something in front of me (red screens for example). If there are only bars, I can’t, and above all, I can’t see someone approaching the void either. If someone leans against the railing, I get stressed. Not long ago, I couldn’t even shake a sheet or a rug, now I can! (winner!Hahaa.
